The Role

We are looking for an AI Data Operations Specialist to support our recruiting team by organizing, cleaning, validating, and preparing datasets using Claude and internal tools.

This is not a traditional data analytics role. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience using Claude professionally to clean datasets, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Download datasets from our internal platform

• Use Claude daily to clean, organize, and validate large datasets

• Categorize and filter lists based on predefined criteria

• Verify influencer information, including contact details, locations, and social media profiles

• Remove duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records

• Prepare clean and organized datasets for our recruiting team

• Improve and optimize Claude prompts and AI workflows

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

• Maintain accurate and organized datasets across internal systems

• Support operational improvements through AI

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of experience in data operations, data processing, research, or a related field

• Professional experience using Claude is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Experience working with large datasets

• Availability during US business hours
