Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeling Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data solutions. The role involves building robust data models, supporting data integration initiatives, and working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data architectures.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in data modeling methodologies, hands-on experience with modern data platforms, and a solid understanding of data warehousing and analytics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop logical and physical data models based on business requirements
- Lead data discovery sessions and design workshops with stakeholders
- Create and maintain data modeling artifacts and documentation
- Support ETL, data transformation, and analytics initiatives
- Contribute to solution design, estimation, and delivery planning
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
Required Experience & SkillsTechnical Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on data modeling experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Dimensional Modeling
- 3NF and/or NoSQL data modeling
- Experience designing databases on at least one cloud platform
- Solid understanding of:
- Data Warehousing concepts
- Modern data platforms
- Data transformation and analytics workflows
- Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER Studio, or equivalent)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Data Vault, Graph, RDF, or Semantic Modeling
- Cloud data engineering and data integration
- Data lake architecture
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required)
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines
- Open only to candidates currently residing in the Philippines
