Data Modeller
Location: Makati City (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller to join a growing data team supporting enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role requires a strong background in data modelling, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks, and a deep understanding of the Asset Management domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business and analytics requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to translate Asset Management requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Develop and optimize enterprise data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational data use cases.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and adherence to modelling standards.
- Support cloud-based data platform initiatives, including data integration, transformation, and migration activities.
- Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Modelling.
- Strong business domain knowledge within Asset Management.
- Proven experience implementing data models on Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks in enterprise data environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
