Data Management Specialist

Work Location : Ortigas Pasig

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Duration : 6 Months

On Staff Augmentation (Payroll on our Company)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data support, data engineering, or production support roles
• Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Cloudera, Hadoop ecosystem) and data lake environments
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle or similar), including query optimization
• Experience in ETL/ELT development and support using tools such as Talend, Spark, or Airflow
• Familiarity with data integration from APIs, databases, and flat files
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (dashboarding, basic data modeling)
• Understanding of data governance, security, and access controls (RBAC)
• Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Shell) is an advantage
• Experience in incident management and production support environments
