Data Management Specialist

Your Job

Molex Integrated Products Philippines, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated and analytical Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic Materials team. The ideal candidate needs to ensure the accuracy and quality of data stored in SAP.

Our Team

You will work closely with our Materials team and other cross-functional teams internally and externally.

What You Will Do

1. Data Quality and Integrity

• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency
• Identify and correcting data errors
• Ensuring data is readily accessible and retrievable

1. Data Governance, Compliance and Collaboration

• Ensuring data is backed up and can be recovered in case of system failures
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and organizational standards.
• Auditing and maintenance of data management practices
• Analysing the data to identify trends, opportunity, and insights
• Generating reports to communicate data findings related to movements, trends,
• Using data to support decision making related to buying and inventory control
• Facilitate data exchange and collaboration with Planners and Buyers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain management
• 3- 5 years experience related to data management or supply chain
• Experience in manufacturing company and/or Global supply chain

What Will Put You Ahead

• Good communication skills, logical and analytical talent is essential
• Practical knowledge of SAP MM/PP/SD modules
