As a PX Data Management, Analytics & Projects Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting HRIS administration and end-to-end onboarding operations across the organization. In this position, you will ensure accurate, timely, and confidential management of employee data, HR system configurations, and employee lifecycle transactions. Serving as a crucial link between People Experience, Payroll, and IT, you will drive operational efficiency, system compliance, and a seamless onboarding journey for all new hires.
Your Impact
- HRIS & System Administration: Manage and administer HRIS software, overseeing system configurations, security access, password resets, entity transfers, and data integrity checks.
- End-to-End Onboarding Management: Oversee onboarding workflows for new hires, including pre-employment document collection, contract coordination, Titan task handling, and inquiry management across ticketing channels.
- Reporting & Data Analytics: Generate regular HR operational, attrition, PSA quarterly headcount, 2316 tax, work anniversary, and new hire reporting summaries to enable data-driven decision-making.
- System Troubleshooting & Integration: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot HRIS issues, collaborate on system upgrades, and act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external software vendors.
- Compliance & Data Privacy: Maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive employee records and ensuring proper auditability across HR systems.
- Training & Process Enhancement: Develop user training materials to drive platform adoption, evaluate modern HR technology trends, and continuously refine operational SOPs.
What You Bring
- The Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience in HRIS administration, onboarding operations, or related HR operational support roles.
- The Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: Strong technical knowledge of HRIS platforms, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, auditing, cleansing), and familiarity with data privacy standards and HR analytics.
- The Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and highly detailed with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and absolute discretion in managing confidential employee records.
- Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with proven ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and new hires.
