Your Role And Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines integrating source applications such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Apptio into centralized databases and reporting platforms.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure supporting Tech Enablement operations, including monitoring cloud notifications, instance management, and right-sizing recommendations.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and scorecards by ensuring data accuracy, availability, and integrity at the source.
- Drive hybrid cloud cost optimization strategies across AWS and GCP environments.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in AWS and GCP cloud services, SQL, and Python required.
- Experience with data pipeline tools, ETL/ELT processes, and database management.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Apptio as data sources preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization practices, FinOps principles, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Exposure to AI/ML tooling or AI-assisted infrastructure management a plus.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements such as SOX and cybersecurity best practices.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tooling and automation to enhance infrastructure management and data workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define data requirements for operational reporting and financial scorecards.
