Specific Job title/Position: Manager, Finance Analytics
Possibly this role is INDINVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - will not handle the team directly(for reverification)
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa -Hybrid usually Once to 4x a MONTH required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day; (For reverification the specific number of onsite days)
- Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST or possibly equivalent to 5PM onwards PHT
- Financial services industry experience is preferable.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in using analytical tools (Financial data analytics) SAS, Python, Power BI/Tableau, SQL
- Strong collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills to thrive within a highly matrixed organizational environment.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), coupled with hands-on experience in financial systems such as Oracle and Hyperion.
- Knowledgeable with Oracle Financial Data Warehouse (OFDW) & Hyperion (Smart View)
- Strong analytics, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledgeable with MS Access, Advanced Excel & Macros.
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
