Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Eastern Time Zone)

Salary: Max of 50,000 Php/Monthly

About The Client

U.S.‑based beauty supply retail company that operates a network of physical stores primarily in Maryland and Virginia offering a wide range of beauty products such as wigs, hair care, skincare, body care, makeup, and salon equipment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Enter product information — including pricing, specifications, and SKU details — into the client's POS system accurately and consistently.
  • Review incoming product data from vendors and ensure all entries reflect correct details before submission.
  • Communicate proactively with vendors via email, text, and occasional phone calls to gather or clarify product information.
  • Maintain organized records and flag discrepancies or data quality issues for internal review.
  • Support the in-house development team with software testing during lower-volume periods, including running programs and documenting results as directed.
  • Manage a steady, high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and meeting turnaround expectations.
  • Operate independently in a remote setting, managing tasks with minimal oversight and proactively communicating progress or blockers.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data entry, operations support, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comfort with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around numbers, pricing, and product specifications.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills for vendor correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote or offshore environment.
  • Ability to manage a consistent, high-volume workload and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL or basic database tools.
  • Korean language proficiency (written or spoken), given the volume of Korean-speaking vendors.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or retail product management processes.
  • Basic familiarity with software QA or testing workflows.
