We are seeking a
detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with hands-on experience in
Tech Packs to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring product information is accurately documented, organized, and communicated across departments. You will work closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to maintain precise records that drive efficiency and quality in our product development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product data in company systems with a focus on Tech Pack documentation
- Review and verify accuracy of measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details
- Collaborate with designers and product developers to ensure Tech Packs are complete and up to date
- Track revisions and maintain version control of all product documentation
- Generate reports and summaries for cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards and deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with exposure to Tech Packs (fashion, apparel, or manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or PLM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
- Knowledge of garment construction and production processes
- Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers
