Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct document reviews to resolve data discrepancies when necessary
  • Report recurring data issues to support workflow improvements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience handling an international account
  • Background in back-office support, document review, data entry, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
