Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Business, Commerce, or similar
  • Minimum two (2) years of corporate work experience in the real estate sector
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
  • Willingness to undergo a background check

About the Role:

This role is responsible for supporting the operations of the Freedom Property Portal (FPP), a critical internal system used for property sales operations. The primary focus of the role is the accurate entry, maintenance, and management of project and property information within the portal

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations of the Freedom Property Portal (FPP), a critical internal system used for property sales operations.
  • Perform various data management functions within the property portal, including the accurate uploading, updating, and maintenance of project and property information.
  • Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions team to implement data entry and QA processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the system.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the broader FPP operators team as required.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Business, Commerce, or similar.
  • Minimum two (2) years of corporate work experience in the real estate sector.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality is required.
  • Proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Business, Commerce, or similar
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in the real estate sector
  • Excellent English communication skills
