Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist at Seahub. The Data Entry Specialist will be tasked with accurately entering and managing information within Seahub's systems, organizing and maintaining data records, and ensuring their integrity. Responsibilities will include coordinating with the team to clarify and verify data, assisting in administrative tasks, and contributing to smooth operational processes. Efficiency in typing and handling software tools is key to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional verbal and written interaction abilities
• Proficiency in typing and attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data management tools
• Customer service experience and a focus on providing positive user interactions
• Administrative assistance skills, such as managing organization, documentation, and workflow processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in the marine or yacht industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or administration are beneficial
