As an Education Data & Research Associate, you'll mine and organize accurate school and educator information, keep our customer experience (CX) database up to date, and ensure clean, reliable data that empowers outreach and service. - Php 20,000 monthly(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data collection from school websites and reputable sources to capture accurate school, teacher, and administrator information.
- Update the CX database on schedule; follow established SOPs for data mining and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency; maintain clear communication with internal teams as needed.
- Use MS Excel to format, validate, and organize lists for periodic database updates.
Work Schedule
- Graveyard shift aligned with US hours.
- Full-time; onsite in Davao City.
Ideal Candidate
- Required: Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel), comfortable with spreadsheets and databases.
- Required: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); able to interact professionally in writing and over calls.
- Required: Process-oriented, attentive to detail, and focused on data quality.
- Preferred: Prior data entry experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with eCommerce and science supplies/materials contexts.
