Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Entry-Level)

Job Type: Term-Contract, up to 40-Hours/Week

Contract Length: 01 Jan 2026 31 Dec 2026 (renewable each year, based on performance)

Department: Operations Support

Shift: USA Day Shift (Eastern Time Zone)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible) or Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (flexible)

Location: Remote (with the ability to travel as necessary for team events in your market)

Salary Range: PHP 18,000 to PHP 20,000/month

Role Overview

Our U.S.-based partner is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support a growing family-owned business. This entry-level position offers stable, full-time hours with a consistent EST/EDT daytime schedule and occasional flexibility for urgent needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with digital tools, fast and accurate typing, and managing a variety of administrative and data-related tasks. You must be able to work virtually, handle shifting priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Role Details

Key Roles and Duties:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Monday.com, Salesforce CRM, and other business systems.

Perform regular file clean-up and organization of digital documents, ensuring all files are properly named, stored, and archived in Dropbox and Google Drive.

Manage and update spreadsheets, forms, and records using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), and Microsoft Office applications for M365.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports, lists, and dashboards as requested by supervisors.

Ensure data integrity by performing routine checks, identifying errors, and correcting discrepancies.

Support the team with administrative tasks such as scanning, uploading, and distributing documents.

Always maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Respond promptly to requests for information and provide general support to the operations team.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional company events as required.

Role Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired: Some college coursework or certification in business administration, information management, or related field.

No prior experience required; internship or previous office/data entry experience is a plus.

Technical & Administrative Skills:

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Dropbox, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Platforms: Experience with Monday.com and Salesforce CRM is highly preferred (training provided if needed).

Typing: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 words per minute).

File Management: Ability to organize, clean up, and maintain digital files and folders.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and completeness in all tasks.

Required: Proficient in English (verbal and written).
