Job Description

Connext is looking for a Data Entry Specialist (Onsite) to manage billing and order requests through third-party portals for customers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong data entry and portal management skills.

Job Description

  • Maintain and update portal vendor systems (Yardi, Ops Technology, Nexus, etc.).
  • Handle account setup, ongoing maintenance, and invoice uploads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and documentation requests.
  • Perform monthly audits and ensure accuracy of uploads.

Screening Criteria

  • At least one (1) year of data entry experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a stable employment history.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling billing-focused tasks and providing guidance to junior staff.

Additional Notes:

  • Preference for candidates with accounting/business background.

Location: 2nd and 3rd Floor, HAI Global Building, Pryce Business Park, J.P. Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City | Onsite

Schedule: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM PHT | Monday – Friday
