Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Review Specialist with experience in retail operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using POS systems and Shopify, ensuring accurate data entry, transaction review, and product information management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer data
- Review POS transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory in Shopify
- Reconcile POS data with Shopify records and sales reports
- Assist with daily retail operations data, including orders, returns, and exchanges
- Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Generate basic reports related to sales and inventory
- Follow data accuracy and quality control standards
Requirements
