We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our Operations team in onboarding new partners onto a digital commerce and marketplace automation platform. This role focuses on managing, validating, and organizing large volumes of product and catalog data to ensure accuracy and seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, review, and adjust product and catalog data as required
- Upload and maintain data within internal systems and platforms
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
- Coordinate with internal teams through email and documented workflows
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data entry or data analyst (Preferably from E-commerce / Retail Technology / Marketplace Enablement industries)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (required)
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable handling repetitive and structured data tasks
