Position: Data Entry/Bill Clerk

Location: Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines

Work setup & shift: Onsite | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Night Shift)

Your Role

As a Data Entry/Bill Clerk, you are the engine behind our financial and operational accuracy. You will:

  • Master the Flow: Review, process, and maintain critical accounting and engineering-related documents with 100% accuracy.
  • Drive Invoicing: Be responsible for the timely payment of subcontractors by reviewing invoices for proper documentation and approvals.
  • High-Volume Data Entry: Handle labor-intensive data entry, preparing Excel templates to integrate smoothly into Oracle.
  • Resolve Challenges: Process 2-way and 3-way purchase order invoices and act as the primary contact for resolving internal and external billing issues.
  • Maintain Order: Keep all office documents (paper and electronic) filed, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work directly with US-based Regional Management, Project Managers, and Accounting teams via daily touch points and meetings.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Software Expertise: Required knowledge of Oracle or SAP systems.
  • Excel Proficiency: At least 2–3 years of experience in heavy data entry using Excel.
  • Clerical Background: 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience (Telecom/Construction background is not required, but strong admin experience is a must).
  • Speed and Accuracy: Ability to process billing invoices for 100–200 sites per week while maintaining high quality.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to handle internal phone calls and meetings effectively.
  • Urgency: This is an Urgent Hire—we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

About You

  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach.
  • You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are comfortable working the Eastern Time (EST) shift to align with US operations.
