REASONS TO JOIN US
This role sits right at the heart of the products our creators and their audiences use every day. You'll be working directly with the data and content that powers our apps and platforms, across our Pablo platform, checkout, web and app QA.
The role will evolve over time to include broader app testing, giving you the chance to build real experience across our development and QA process as you grow with us.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Processing:
- Adding data from spreadsheets to other template spreadsheets
- Cleaning and sorting data before entering it
- Reading and analysing data to understand it and then process it accurately in spreadsheets
- Adding data into our own internal software
- Data Preparation & Accuracy:
- Preparing, compiling and sorting documents for data entry
- Checking source documents for accuracy
- Verifying data and correcting data where necessary
- Checking completed work for accuracy
- Identifying and fixing the smallest of errors that have been overlooked, while respecting the overall theme and intent of the content
- QA & Testing:
- Managing our in-app content QA across app and web platforms that Genflow develop
- Testing on our Pablo platform, including funnels, checkout and packages
- Supporting general QA across web, checkout and app where needed
- Reporting bugs to developers
- Collecting information from the business and creating tickets
- Reporting & Project Support:
- Reporting progress day to day
- Supporting on our Asana board
Ideal Skills + Experience:
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with high volumes of repetitive data
- Confident working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Comfortable reading and interpreting data before acting on it, rather than just copying it across
- Good written communication for day to day progress reporting
- A methodical, organised approach to prepping and checking work
- Comfortable moving between different systems and platforms (data, checkout, web, app)

Spreadsheets: Google Sheets, Excel
Task Management Tool: Asana & Linear
Other: Pablo & Genflow internal software (training provided)
