Position Title: Data Entry and Ecommerce Configuration

Quick Rundown:
This role supports the onboarding, setup and ongoing maintenance of company stores within our custom ecommerce platform. The position manages product imports, pricing, settings, images and store configurations while ensuring data accuracy and quality assurance before stores go live. The role provides operational support, reporting, and customer assistance to ensure a smooth ecommerce experience.
The position will initially focus on product and data management, platform maintenance, and store setup. There will be opportunities to expand and grow.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and maintain company stores and distributor websites within the ecommerce platform
- Import and manage product data, pricing, attributes, images, and size charts
- Update store settings including addresses, taxes, coupons, and gift certificates
- Audit and review stores for quality assurance before go-live
- Monitor and resolve order or system errors within company stores
- Manage store users including account uploads, deactivation, and password resets
- Coordinate store setup timelines and scheduling with internal teams
- Assist with platform integrations and feature testing before production release
- Provide reporting and operational support to internal teams and customers
- Respond to general inquiries and provide technical assistance related to company stores
- Open or close stores and manage maintenance requests as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, product management, or website administration preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently
- Comfortable working with data imports, spreadsheets, and system tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be available to work US daytime hours
