About the role
ADAPT is looking for a detail oriented Data Enrichment Specialist to keep our data systems clean, reliable, accurate and up to date. You'll own end-to-end data management, reporting and support for our event programs, and deliver business intelligence outputs for our Sponsored Partner Services (SPS) and Sales Operations teams.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end data management and reporting for all event programs, including building reports, preparing leads, and loading and cleaning wishlist data for our Delegate Acquisition, SPS and CSM teams.
- Manage the full data ETL process, ingesting, cleansing, de-duplicating and standardising third-party data from partners, vendors and clients before it's loaded into our CRM.
- Research and build targeted contact lists using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites and industry directories.
- Prepare time-sensitive pre- and post-event reports, gift lists and event rebook data to support our teams and events.
- Get hands-on with onsite triage and event-day data tasks.
- Build a deep understanding of our CRM data to identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, incomplete records and outdated information.
- Conduct regular data integrity audits and clean-ups across Salesforce.
- Identify, extract and verify data for lead sourcing, a core focus of this role.
- Cross-check third-party information using online databases, and keep our systems accurate and up to date.
- Respond to ad hoc BI requests from the SPS team, including campaign generation, lead sourcing, account clean-up and Salesforce reporting.
- Analyse Salesforce data to surface market insights that inform event viability, audience targeting and sales strategy.
- Provide administrative support and liaise with other departments on data-related matters.
- Act as a flexible, on-demand resource for ad hoc data requests and Business Operations projects.
What you will need
- Proven experience with lead generation, data administration and data entry, with the ability to work at speed without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- Experience working with Salesforce, including reports, and a strong understanding of the LinkedIn platform, ideally including Sales Navigator.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude and the initiative to learn and adapt.
- An analytical mindset with strong questioning skills, ideally including the ability to read company financial information to support data enrichment.
- B2B or project management experience is a plus.
