Data Engineer – Senior Associate (Snowflake / Databricks / Informatica)

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience (depending on track)
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English

Snowflake Track

• Extensive Snowflake SQL expertise
• Strong experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and performance tuning
• Advanced SQL, Python, and data modeling skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks (DBT, Fivetran, Informatica, ADF)

Databricks Track

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL) and Delta Lake
• Solid background in data modeling and ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and orchestration tools
• Strong capability in performance tuning, production monitoring, and optimization
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake or Databricks-based ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build and optimize data ingestion frameworks and data processing workflows
• Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and reliability of data platforms
• Manage secure data sharing, access governance, and database structures
• Integrate data platforms with cloud services and orchestration tools
• Support production monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement and reusable engineering best practices
• Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to technical standards
