Data Engineer (Databricks / Snowflake / Informatica) – Senior Associate

We are looking for a Data Engineer – Senior Associate who will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-performance data systems using modern cloud and big data technologies.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Work extensively with Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake) to process and transform large datasets
• Build and optimize data models to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data platforms
• Implement monitoring and operational support for data pipelines and workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Support performance tuning and optimization of data processing jobs
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in data engineering

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake)
• Experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data pipeline development
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with orchestration tools (such as Airflow or similar)
• Understanding of performance tuning and operational monitoring
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
