Job Summary:
Establish and maintain connection between different platforms, BigQuery, and reporting tools for visualizing data. Be an expert in Robotic Process Automation by implementing new functions and maintain day-to-day support. Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues. Support new tools and projects that are related to data analytics as necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Integrate platforms such as marketplace and dotcoms to BigQuery via API
- Gather data from BigQuery to reporting tools such as Google Data Studio and customize dashboards
- Implement process automations using RPA and provide support
- Analyze and provide suggestions for improvements to data accuracy and overall process

- Preferably with background in using RPA

- Submit agreed deliverables/documentations on time (excluding those with unavoidable dependencies)

- Escalate issues in a timely manner
- Update API connections to platforms as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer science, and related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in role of Data Engineer
- Technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Knowledgeable in Database and API handling, BigQuery, Google Data Studio, RPA automations
