Job Description
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to process data across multiple sources
Work with Oracle AI Data Platform for advanced data processing and analytics workflows
Build integrations between Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Redshift
Leverage Oracle's data tools alongside Airflow for comprehensive workflow orchestration
Develop dbt transformations and maintain data models for analytics
Implement data quality checks and monitoring across Oracle and non-Oracle platforms
Support Metabase dashboard development and troubleshoot data issues
Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL for data transformations and optimizations
Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver data solutions using Oracle's platform capabilities
Debug and resolve pipeline failures across the integrated data ecosystem
Document Oracle platform configurations and integration patterns
5+ years of experience in data engineering with Oracle platform tools or Similar
Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - building mappings, packages, and scenarios
Familiarity with Oracle AI Data Platform or willingness to learn quickly
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for Oracle databases
Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse or Oracle Database administration
Python experience for data processing and automation
Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and data modeling concepts
Experience Integrating Oracle With Other Data Platforms
Problem-solving mindset and attention to data quality
Nice To Have
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
dbt experience or analytics engineering practices
Working knowledge of Trino/Presto for federated querying
Multi-database platform experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redshift)
BI tool experience (Metabase, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar)
Oracle certifications (OCI, Database, or Data Integrator)
