Job Description
Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
Summary: As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing robust data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role includes creating and maintaining efficient data pipelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, and managing the migration and deployment of data across various systems. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to ensure seamless data operations and continuous improvement of data workflows. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Monitor and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and reliability. - Document data processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues promptly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines. - Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes. - Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity. - Proficient in using data management and processing tools to support data lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - This position is based at our Manila office.
