As a Data Encoder, you will handle the important data of our warehouse! Your duty is to record all Inbound and Outbound Inventory (IOI), incoming and outgoing products.
You will collaborate with our Warehouse Lead and Lead Checkers to ensure that physical paperwork matches physical inventory through our Daily Inventory Reconciliation. You are also the main contact person for the Logistics Head Office, you will give the go-signal and instructions to checkers on what and where to load cargo, and print complete, accurate Delivery Receipts (DRs).
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Ensure all warehouse records encoded in our system are accurate and updated.
- Organized Records: Check that warehouse files and documents are complete, orderly, and easy to find.
- Operational Reports: Prepare and submit required warehouse reports on time.
- Confidentiality: Take care of and secure sensitive and important company data.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with other departments and supervisors to verify or correct data.
Who You Are
- Experience operating as a Data Entry or Encoder, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setup.
- Experience using any Inventory Management Software.
- Good with numbers and detailed in work (keen attention to detail).
- Hardworking and able to keep up with work even in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The Essentials
- Location: Preferably residing within an hour away from Currimao Municipality.
- Schedule: Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
- Work Environment: Work will be strictly inside the warehouse. Because the environment can be a bit dusty, this is not recommended for individuals with medical conditions or dust allergies.
