SALES ENCODER

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage SKU enrollment, price updates, and promotional requests for LUXASIA brands.
  • Coordinate with marketing brand teams for promo submissions, approvals, and documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with enrollment schedules and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain data accuracy across all retailer portals.
  • Assist Sale operations tasks and other sale activities.
