Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing by preparing settlement instructions, client acknowledgements, proofs of payment, bank enrollment forms, and consolidated payment schedules; handling KYC documentation and LOI filing; and coordinating with branches and banks for submissions, approvals, and document pickups.
Maintain complete and organized data and records through consistent uploading, tracking, and filing of all transaction documents (ARs, proofs of withdrawal, SSIs, etc.) in required systems such as JIRA, ensuring data integrity and easy audit retrieval.
Strengthen process quality, compliance, and risk controls by adhering to regulatory and company policies, proactively minimizing errors that could lead to penalties, and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiative
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder (preferred: Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to review and analyze documents systematically.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
