Data & Dashboard Automation Specialist who can take ownership of building real-time dashboards to provide total visibility across marketing, sales, production, and cash.

About The Role
You will take raw data from client systems and turn it into clean, automated dashboards. We are not looking for someone to just follow instructions--we need a builder who can think critically, improve systems, and take full ownership of data accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Data Extraction: Pull reports from CRMs like Jobber, Builder Prime, and Housecall Pro to extract key metrics like leads, sales, and revenue.
- Data Structuring: Organize raw data into clean, structured Google Sheets using standardized templates.
- Automation with Claude Co-Work: Map CRM report structures and build repeatable workflows or skills to automate data processing
- Dashboard Creation: Build simple, clear layouts in Google Sheets focused on KPIs and week-over-week changes.
- Quality Control: Identify and fix discrepancies to ensure all dashboards match CRM data and remain accurate over time.

To excel in this role, you will be evaluated on the following outcomes:
- Accuracy: Dashboards are consistently accurate and reliable.
- Consistency: Data is updated on a predictable, consistent schedule.
- Scalability: Workflows are documented, repeatable, and easy to scale across multiple clients.
- Efficiency: You operate with high autonomy, requiring minimal back-and-forth to complete tasks.
- Ownership: You actively drive the work forward and take responsibility for the systems you build.
What You'll Get Paid
- Hourly Rate: $20.00-$25.00 USD per hour.
- Project Scope: Typical project is 6-8 hours per client dashboard.
- Consistent Work: Ongoing work is available for strong performers as we scale.
What We're Looking For
- Google Sheets Expert: Strong skills in formulas, data structuring, and dashboard design.
- Data Organizer: The ability to take messy, exported CRM data and organize it clearly.
- Tech-Savvy Automator: Experience with automation systems or creating repeatable workflows (experience with Claude Co-Work is a major plus).
- Detail-Oriented & Independent: High attention to detail with the ability to solve problems without constant supervision.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with Jobber, Builder Prime, or Housecall Pro.
