Job Description
Job Summary
- Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure and system software through effective design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing management, while maintaining compliance with bank standards and MLPP regulations.
- Facilitates proper shift turnover to the next shift.
- Submits and updates daily operations logs and reports.
- Facilitates daily batch processing and printing functions. Monitors batch processes and coordinates with other technical staff.
- Operates computer consoles and peripherals.
- Handles regular backup of all systems and facilitates restoration as needed.
- Participates in system testing and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintains an adequate level of computer supplies.
- Handles administrative work as assigned.
- College/University Degree
- Applies entry skills on any of the following: networking, database administration, data center operations, technical support
- At least 1 year experience in any of the following: networking, database administration, data center operations, technical support.
- Willing to work with shifting schedule
