Work arrangement: Fully onsite, M-F
Job Responsibilities:
- Under the general supervision of the Data Center Operations (DCO) Head, runs the information processing aspects of the data center for a production environment.
- Implements and observes job scheduling of operational programs, backup procedures, and output management.
- Performs monitoring of the status of all online services and critical resources and processes that may affect online availability.
- Monitors net settlement position using provided monitoring tools to effectively minimize settlement risk exposure of BancNet.
- Functions as Shift Lead and assumes the responsibilities of the assigned shift.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any computer-related course
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Data Center Operator / Data Center Specialist
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience as a Supervising Data Center Operator / Supervising Data Center Specialist
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Preferably with basic networking knowledge
- Experience in using AIX/Unix-based systems
- Knowledge in relational databases is an advantage
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
