- This role is crucial in leading the implementation of a Data Lakehouse (Data Backbone) solution in the Life Insurance and Investments industry, with a specific focus on Sales and Distribution across all lines of business (SLOCPI, SLAMCI, SLGFI, SLIMTC, etc.) covering individual and group data. The successful candidate will manage squads, comprised of technical and business team members, driving the development of data and analytics products that will enhance advisor experience and agency performance.

- Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and lakehouse architectures
- Experience in developing and deploying data analytics solutions in the Distribution and Agency domain
- Proven track record of successful product delivery in Agile, Lean Incremental, or Waterfall methodology
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the mentioned tech stack (Confluence, JIRA, Tableau, Erwin Data Modeler, AWS).
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) are a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Digital Tools is a plus

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in data-driven projects

- Product Ownership: Partner with the Product Manager to detail the product vision for the Data Backbone into an executable roadmap that aligns with the Business strategy
Execute the product vision for the Data Backbone Distribution & Agency Workstream mar
Ensure the product meets the needs of end-users, including data scientists, insights specialists, and campaign owners.
Translate business requirements into actionable product backlog items and user stories.
Prioritize features and capabilities that align with organizational goals and user needs.
Synthesize and harmonize requirements and inputs from different business stakeholders and data end-users.
Guide both business and technical talents, and unblock challenges
Foster a collaborative and agile working environment to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Performance Monitoring and Value Realization Define and track OKRs for the product workstream
Contribute to the overall Data Backbone Value Statement Card (VSC) / Business Case
Quantify the potential benefits and business impact from each backlog / business requirement
Drive value realization from deployed use cases and champion the adoption and utilization of Data Backbone features
Drive awareness and educate both technical and business end-users on Data Backbone Client Workstream concepts and features
Continuously analyze and report on product performance and user adoption
Partner with Finance and monitor the realization of potential benefits, which may include decommissioning of reports/systems, freeing up capacity, or enabling Distribution and Agency initiatives and campaigns for more data-driven decision-making
- KPI Stewardship Review and drive the standardization of business logic and KPI metric definition across functions, Lines of Business, or with other markets
This includes aligning KPI definitions in relation to business goals, in order to drive the right behaviors and business actions
Endorsing the KPIs for sign-off from the KPI Owner or Executive Leader
