Data Architect

The Opportunity

As a Data Architect at The Medical City, you will design and maintain data architectures that transform raw data into meaningful hospital insights. You will develop data models, support data provisioning, and optimize data collection, extraction, aggregation, and analysis processes to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Actually Do

• Provide accurate and reliable data sets to business owners, enabling data-driven analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop reports and analytical insights using established data models and algorithms.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and synthesize findings into meaningful, actionable data stories.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide stakeholders with real-time access to key performance metrics.
• Ensure the maintenance, optimization, and continuous enhancement of dashboards based on stakeholder requirements and business needs.
• Support operational teams with timely insights that facilitate informed interventions and continuous process improvement.

Who You Are

• Graduate of Information Technology or any related IT course.
• Knowledgeable in MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle SQL.
• Background or training in Healthcare and Information Management is an advantage.
• With at least one (1) year of experience in database querying and information systems management.
• Experienced in statistics, research, and analysis of healthcare datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to data accuracy and quality.
