The Role
As the Data and Systems Support Head, you will be responsible for overseeing one of the strategic departments under the Retail Credit Operations Division. In addition, you will be accountable for providing data-driven insights, driving process optimization, and managing systems effectively.
How you'll contribute
- Support the division by analytical need such as creating dashboard reports for regular monitoring and providing ADHOC analysis as needed.
- Identify process gaps and potential solutions from the insights generated from the reports and insights from other departments.
- Oversee onboarding of new systems and data sources to be utilized by RCOD. Ensure successful vendor/contract management up to UAT and deployment to production.
- Lead the monitoring of RCOD's existing systems, ensuring optimal tool performance and implementing initiatives to improve user experience.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of strategic projects, ensuring successful deployment and the establishment of effective post-implementation monitoring mechanisms.
- Manage the implementation of business process changes as well as system changes and monitor their impact on business metrics.
What we're looking for
- With at least 10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, system management, and process optimization within the banking or financial services industry.
- Has excellent analytical skills with relevant experience in data analytics and the ability to generate data-driven insights.
- Must have background with reporting/MIS tools and the capability to design dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis.
- With excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and engage with key stakeholders across departments.
- Has experience in process optimization that delivers measurable value and efficiency improvements to the business.
- Has experience in system management including product/feature deployments, vendor management, and end-to-end project oversight.
- With experience in business process, change management and monitoring its impact on business metrics.
