WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
- Communicate and work with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses
based abroad
- Gather and compile data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and
other data collection systems.
- Clean, organise, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings to team members.
- Automate routine data-related tasks such as data entry, report generation, and data updates
using tools like Excel macros, Python scripts, or other automation tools.
- Work closely with other team members to support data entry and ad-hoc tasks.
- Invoice / inventory uploads (ARMS, Lightspeed POS)
- POS systems support (ARMS, Lightspeed POS)
- Google sheets metrics and report creation (including scripts)
- Excel metrics and report creation
- Shopify data handling
- Metrics and data analysis
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with the following software and tools is preferred, though not all are required.
- Google Sheets (including apps script) - preferred
- Microsoft Excel (including VBAs and Macros)
- SQL and databases
- Data Handling (Collection, Cleaning, Modelling)
- Report Building
- Business Metrics Interpretation
- CRM Data Management
- Shopify Product and Data Management
- Airtable
- Python
- Data Analytics and Statistical Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, R, SAS)
- Data Visualisation Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- APIs and Automation Tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate)
