Job Description

Required Relevant Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience

Work set-up: WFH

Schedule: Morning Shift

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

  • Communicate and work with our clients - owners of small- to medium-scale businesses

based abroad

  • Gather and compile data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and

other data collection systems.

  • Clean, organise, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings to team members.
  • Automate routine data-related tasks such as data entry, report generation, and data updates

using tools like Excel macros, Python scripts, or other automation tools.

  • Work closely with other team members to support data entry and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Invoice / inventory uploads (ARMS, Lightspeed POS)
  • POS systems support (ARMS, Lightspeed POS)
  • Google sheets metrics and report creation (including scripts)
  • Excel metrics and report creation
  • Shopify data handling
  • Metrics and data analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with the following software and tools is preferred, though not all are required.

  • Google Sheets (including apps script) - preferred
  • Microsoft Excel (including VBAs and Macros)
  • SQL and databases
  • Data Handling (Collection, Cleaning, Modelling)
  • Report Building
  • Business Metrics Interpretation
  • CRM Data Management
  • Shopify Product and Data Management
  • Airtable
  • Python
  • Data Analytics and Statistical Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, R, SAS)
  • Data Visualisation Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • APIs and Automation Tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate)
  • Experience with web/ paid ads/ google analytics would be an advantage.WHAT YOU'LL GET:
