Data and QA Specialist (₱40K- ₱70K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

IT Park, Cebu City | Onsite First 90 Days, then Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday Onsite) | Day Shift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) | Monday–Friday

You own the integrity and validation of internal data platforms and AI-enabled systems, ensuring all information is clean, audited, and ready for decision-making. Your primary responsibility is the execution of structured QA checks, data audits, and the maintenance of ETL pipelines to prevent downstream reporting errors.

This is not a purely theoretical data science role. You operate within a disciplined internal operations framework, managing defined queues and validation cycles that support real-time stakeholders. Best suited for mid-level professionals who thrive in highly structured environments, value measurable accuracy over ambiguity, and are committed to the rigor of a standards-first data culture.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or QA roles
• Hands-on experience with data validation, QA checks, and audit processes
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools
• Experience supporting ETL pipelines, dashboards, or operational reporting
• High attention to detail with a structured, standards-driven approach to work
• Comfortable working onsite in Cebu IT Park for the first 90 days, then hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite)
• Able to work a fixed day shift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
• Willingness to work with AI-enabled tools and data workflows

STRONG SIGNALS

• Previous experience in BPO operations or shared services data management.
• Exposure to AI-enabled data workflows or automated QA tools.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or specialized Quality Management.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Data Validation & Quality Assurance

You own the single source of truth—ensuring all data entering internal systems is accurate, complete, and reliable.

• Execute daily QA checks and audits across internal platforms.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before they reach stakeholder dashboards.
• Document and enforce data entry standards to prevent recurring quality issues.

ETL & Pipeline Maintenance

You ensure the engine of our data infrastructure runs without interruption or corruption.

• Monitor and support ETL pipelines to ensure consistent data delivery.
• Validate automated data transfers and identify points of failure.
• Collaborate with technical leads to refine data workflows and improve readiness.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

You translate raw, validated data into reliable assets that drive company-wide strategy.

• Maintain dashboards and reports to ensure they reflect real-time operational reality.
• Respond to internal data inquiries with accuracy and speed.
• Use AI-enabled tools to increase the efficiency of data cleansing and auditing tasks.
