Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

We are a well-capitalized (over $250MM in equity funding) team of technology (Square, Microsoft, Facebook) and finance (Discover, CapitalOne, Goldman Sachs) executives with top-tier investors Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Max Levchin, NYCA, Sequoia, SciFi VC, Caffeinated Capital, etc.

Role Overview

As an AI Automation Specialist, you will bridge the gap between financial operations and cutting-edge AI. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining production-grade agentic workflows using n8n as your primary orchestration engine and Google Gemini for advanced reasoning, document processing, and natural language tasks.

Your work will directly impact our managerial leverage by automating the limiting steps in our financial services, such as fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and automated customer research.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Orchestration: Design and deploy complex, multi-step automations in n8n that integrate with internal financial databases, CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), and banking APIs.
• AI Agent Development: Build autonomous AI agents using the Gemini API for tasks like document extraction (OCR), financial sentiment analysis, and automated report generation.
• Production Reliability: Implement robust error handling, retries, and monitoring to ensure workflows do not fail silentlycritical for fintech operations.
• Data Security: Ensure all automations adhere to strict financial data privacy standards, implementing encryption and secure credential management.
• Continuous Optimization: Use AI to analyze existing business processes and suggest high-leverage automation opportunities to reduce manual overhead.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on n8n Expertise: Proven experience building and debugging production-level workflows in n8n (including custom nodes and JavaScript function nodes).
• LLM Proficiency: Deep understanding of Google Gemini or other Large Language Models, specifically in prompt engineering and tool-calling capabilities.
• API Mastery: Strong experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2 authentication.
• Scripting: Proficiency in Python or Node.js for writing custom logic within automation nodes.
• Database Knowledge: Solid SQL skills for querying and managing financial data across various systems.
• Candidates must be residing in the Philippines.
