Data & Automation Engineer
Position Overview
The Enterprise Innovation Group is seeking a driven and technically proficient Data & Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help manage end-to-end data lifecycles, build small-scale automation projects, develop business-focused analytics and AI solutions, and support organization-wide data governance and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Engineering
Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable ETL/ELT processes into and out of the data warehouse.
Data Modeling & CI/CD: Develop and maintain data models in alignment with organizational standards, utilizing CI/CD practices for seamless version control and deployment.
Data Quality Management: Implement and monitor rigorous data quality controls and testing frameworks to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Performance Optimization: Continually identify and execute improvements to enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of pipelines and models.
Issue Resolution: Support incident remediation and troubleshooting through data profiling, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and data mapping.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and ensure all data models are well-documented and easily understood by stakeholders.
Data Visualization & Enablement: Develop basic visualization solutions and train business users on self-service visualization tools and best practices.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical support and respond to user inquiries for deployed analytics solutions.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any quantitative discipline.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or automation (Open to high-potential fresh graduates).
Technical Stack & Systems Knowledge
Data Warehousing & ELT: Snowflake, dbt (Data Build Tool)
Programming & Scripting: Proficient in SQL and Python (Non-negotiable)
Automation & Low-Code: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Copilot
BI & Collaboration: PowerBI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps
