As a Data and Analytics Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
- Leveraging skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems
- Creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Alteryx to present data insights effectively
- Conducting complex data analysis to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating with team members and clients to understand diverse perspectives and needs
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and improve data processes
- Developing commercial awareness by understanding how the business works and contributing to its strategic goals
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Alteryx for automation tasks
- Excelling in complex data analysis and dashboard creation
- Utilizing Power BI for advanced data visualization
- Applying intellectual curiosity to drive innovative solutions
- Adapting to diverse client needs in fast-paced environments
