Drive the analytics strategy focusing on individual performance insights and productivity enhancement. Collaborate across departments to deliver data-driven solutions, improve decision-making, and optimize performance at the individual, team, and company levels.
- Analyze Individual Performance Metrics: Monitor, evaluate, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify strengths and areas for improvement for individuals within the organization.
- Provide Actionable Insights: Use data to design targeted recommendations and initiatives that enhance individual productivity and align with broader operational goals.
- Create Personalized Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain user-friendly tools and dashboards to give real-time feedback on individual contributions and progress.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with team leads, HR, and operations to align individual performance data with resource allocation, capacity planning, and headcount projections.
- Mentor and Empower the Team: Guide your analytics team, fostering growth and encouraging innovative approaches to performance management.
- Implement Continuous Improvement Processes: Analyze data trends, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solutions that drive sustained individual and organizational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or performance planning, with a specific focus on individual or team performance analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio), statistical software (Excel, Google Sheets), and database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven ability to present findings and collaborate across various teams.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team members while driving performance goals.
