Job Description

Job Description:

  • Project management in providing data consultation to business departments on analysis metrics, data application, and current database collections.
  • Work with different stakeholders on dashboard/table design, metric defining and insight finding to support the continuous improvement of Shopee Cross Border and CN seller performance tracking.
  • Problem solve with business and BI teams to translate complex business requests to executional technical data tasks
  • Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree and above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, and other related fields
  • Relevant project management experience and conduct as a good coordinator and communicator. Ability to turn business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • At least 1 year working experience in business analytics related roles, preferably in the financial services, digital banking, & Internet & telco industries.
  • Hands on experience in Excel, SQL and Google Sheets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with start-up mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to pay attention to detail and rely on data driven decision making
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is highly preferred.
