Ayala Land Inc is looking for Data Analytics Interns who will be assigned under Investor Relations Team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:
Database Management
- Maintain and update large Excel databases containing financial, operational, and project data.
- Data cleaning, Consolidation, and Analysis
- Maintain internal IR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and version control.
Strategic Support
- Gathering of market and competitor data to support investor communication strategies.
- Assist in compiling data-driven insights for investor presentations, and reports.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and documents on time
- Organize files, folders, and shared drives for easy access to IR materials.
Qualifications:
- Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field from any University
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with database management / data analytics
- Detail-Oriented and has a strong sense of confidentiality and data privacy.
- Amenability to report onsite in Makati
