Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and extract actionable insights to increase digital products engagement, improve customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and assess the performance of digital banking products and features.
Improve team documentation, including metric documentation, data dictionaries, code documentation, process documentation, and other relevant documentation.
Work with different stakeholders to define metrics, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of SeaBank business, product and operations
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor's degree and above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, and other related fields
At least 4-8 years of working experience in business analytics related roles, preferably in the financial services, digital banking, & telco industries.
Has demonstrated experience in statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, time series analysis, and clustering.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
Must be proficient in R, Python, and SQL
Working knowledge in REST APIs, Selenium, Google Apps Script, and Data Visualization is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
