Overview
- The role Data Analytics and Reporting Support will be responsible for - Developing analytics solutions through: Data mining and transformation, Statistical and optimization modeling, Predictive and prescriptive models using Machine Learning (ML); Creating and communicating insights via: Data visualizations, Clear presentation to both technical and business stakeholders; Developing applications for data input/capture and processing.
The roles and responsibilities are a combination of analytics and development that will give the opportunity to use many skills across a diverse set of projects.
Skills & Qualification
- BA/BS, in computer science, Information Services or Management Information Systems (MIS), scientific, or related field.
- + 3 years data analytics experience, OR Master's degree + 1 year data analytics experience
- Knowledge and experience working in a GMP / GCP environment.
- Adaptable to non-standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements.
- May require periodic attendance at team meetings across time zones and occasional after-hours support, particularly on software release dates.
- Experienced in Dataiku Data Science Studio, Spotfire
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Job Description
- Develop data queries using SQL and create Alteryx or Dataiku Data Science Studio workflows for data aggregation.
- Develop custom solutions for data capture using RStudio and/or Python.
- Drive analytics requests through GCS Data Marketplace and collaborate with Digital Team on data source integration.
- Solve complex supply chain and logistics challenges using analytics and AI:
- Design and deploy predictive/prescriptive models
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization
- Support GCS Data Marketplace:
- System testing
- Reporting and monitoring
- Write articles for GCS Data Catalog to enable data discovery and reuse
- Maintain documentation:
- Track tasks, issues, and resolutions
- Create team training materials and tools
- Demonstrate proficiency in:
- System development life cycle
- Computer system validation
- GxP requirements
