Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives by developing data models, analyzing business data, and delivering insights that improve operational performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data, reporting, and AI to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data models to support business reporting and analytics
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Develop reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Support database management and optimize data processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through data analytics and AI-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, database management, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of HTML and AI concepts is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Dumaguete
