We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will play a critical role in analyzing business data, creating management reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position requires strong technical skills in the Zoho ecosystem and data pipeline development.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments
- Hands on experience with different CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is required.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics is preferred, along with the broader Zoho ecosystem.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality practices
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with API integrations and data automation
- Knowledge of Python or other tools for advanced analytics
- Understanding of revenue operations, subscription models, or billing systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
Responsibility and Accountability
As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will:
- Own analytics reporting within the Zoho ecosystem
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems
- Support Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing with insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines
- Translate business questions into structured data solutions
You will work cross-functionally and serve as a bridge between technical systems and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Design and maintain dashboards and management reports in Zoho Analytics
- Consolidate data from CRM, billing systems, marketing tools, and operational platforms
- Monitor KPIs and provide recurring performance reports
- Support Sales, Marketing, and RevOps with attribution, pipeline, and revenue analysis
- Develop comprehensive views of customer lifecycle and revenue metrics
Zoho Platform Management
- Work extensively within the Zoho One suite, including:
- Zoho CRM (custom modules, workflows, data structure)
- Zoho Analytics (dashboard development, advanced reporting)
- Zoho Campaigns (campaign analytics and performance metrics)
- Zoho Dataprep (data cleaning and transformation)
- Optimize CRM data structure for analytics and reporting needs
- Integrate internal and external data sources into Zoho systems
- Improve reporting processes and automation within Zoho
Technical Implementation
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for analytics and reporting
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines
- Implement data validation and quality checks
- Apply data warehouse and dimensional modeling best practices
- Support scalable analytics solutions across departments
