Job Title Senior Compliance Data Analyst

Our client a global leader in healthcare intelligence and life sciences services is looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Analyst to join their team in Taguig Metro Manila. This role is a specialized position within their Compliance Services division focusing heavily on transparency reporting and complex data management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end transparency reporting tasks. This includes high level data validation against various sources and remediating data based on specific business rules. You will also be tasked with identifying data trends through analytics and generating comprehensive draft reports while clearly explaining the methodologies used.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data validation and remediation tasks to ensure accuracy

Conduct data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Generate transparency reports and articulate reporting methods to stakeholders

Liaise directly with clients to secure missing information or clarify documentation

Track all project activities and provide detailed status reports to client stakeholders

Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and intellectual property policies

Implement reporting automation using business intelligence tools

Technical Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of total professional experience

At least 1 year in a senior level reporting analyst capacity

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel specifically with Power Query and VBA Macros

Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms

Strong technical background in data manipulation and data concepts

Experience in the pharmaceutical or technology services industry is a significant advantage
