About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping the organization make smarter, data-driven decisions. You'll transform complex data into meaningful insights by developing interactive dashboards, automating reports, and delivering analytics that support business and product strategies.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll identify trends, improve reporting processes, and ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, real-time information. What You'll Be Doing
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover meaningful business insights.
- Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
- Transform manually generated reports into automated, real-time dashboards that stakeholders can rely on.
- Monitor product performance and business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and other business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Work with data from multiple sources, including SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Support data warehousing initiatives and contribute to improving overall data quality and accessibility.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Experience working with SAP data and enterprise reporting.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Experience supporting or contributing to data warehousing initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to learning and growing within the Insurance Technology industry.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM
